Antique Paper Dolls
Antique paper dolls are highly collectible. They are considered an antique if they are over one hundred years old. As you can imagine they are also very expensive. The first European paper dolls were created in France during the mid 1700's. They were followed by German paper dolls. Of course, dolls like that are now in museums and would not show up in an eBay auction. However, you can still find some rare paper dolls, for example around 150 years old, in an eBay auction. Make sure you know exactly what you are bidding on and check out the seller's reputation before you bid.
